Lorsqu&#8217;il est coul\u00e9 dans des lingoti\u00e8res et que la teneur en oxyde de fer est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, l&#8217;acier pr\u00e9sente le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d&#8217; \u00ab \u00e9bullition \u00bb, ce qui entra\u00eene la production d&#8217;inclusions gazeuses comme d\u00e9fauts structurels. La quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite aux limites accept\u00e9es par le processus de solidification, cela \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en d\u00e9soxydant l&#8217;acier (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e l&#8217;acier au repos). Afin d&#8217;obtenir un acier pr\u00e9sentant des caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9sistance et de durabilit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures, on ajoute des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9soxydants, notamment du mangan\u00e8se, du silicium et de l&#8217;aluminium. Un acier calm\u00e9 augmente le prix de revient de 10 \u00e0 15 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/quest-ce-que-lacier-calme.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/quest-ce-que-lacier-calme.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/quest-ce-que-lacier-calme.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/quest-ce-que-lacier-calme-18x10.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9soxydation, les aciers peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9s en trois cat\u00e9gories, symbolis\u00e9es par les lettres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>n \u2013 acier non calm\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>s \u2013 acier semi-calm\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>k \u2013 acier calm\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un acier non calm\u00e9 est un acier dont la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 un point tel qu&#8217;il permet \u00e0 la r\u00e9action d&#8217;oxydation du carbone dans une certaine mesure, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 coul\u00e9 dans la lingoti\u00e8re. La d\u00e9soxydation par le mangan\u00e8se, le silicium, l&#8217;aluminium etc. est insuffisante dans le cas de l&#8217;acier non calm\u00e9 (n). La composition chimique de ces aciers contient du carbone entre 0,04 et 0,09 %, du silicium entre 0,005 et 0,002 % et du mangan\u00e8se entre 0,25 et 0,04 %. En raison de la faible consommation de d\u00e9soxydants, ces aciers sont moins chers que les aciers calm\u00e9s et ont une plasticit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acier semi-calm\u00e9 (s) est une variante interm\u00e9diaire entre l&#8217;acier non calm\u00e9 et l&#8217;acier calm\u00e9. La pr\u00e9sence de carbone varie entre 0,15 \u2013 0,25 %, de silicium entre 0,01 \u2013 0,1 % et de mangan\u00e8se entre 0,85 \u2013 1,2 %. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance ont des valeurs comprises entre celles de l&#8217;acier calm\u00e9 et de l&#8217;acier non calcin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acier calm\u00e9 (k) est l&#8217;acier compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9soxyd\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 coul\u00e9 dans les lingoti\u00e8res, l&#8217;\u00e9bullition de l&#8217;acier cesse car la quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;oxyg\u00e8ne est trop faible. La d\u00e9soxydation est effectu\u00e9e avec du mangan\u00e8se, du silicium, de l&#8217;aluminium et d&#8217;autres d\u00e9soxydants. L&#8217;acier calm\u00e9, le plus couramment utilis\u00e9, a une teneur en carbone comprise entre 0,04 et 0,6 %, en silicium comprise entre 0,15 et 0,50 % et en mangan\u00e8se comprise entre 0,6 et 1,6 %. Ce type d&#8217;acier pr\u00e9sente une bonne qualit\u00e9, une structure homog\u00e8ne et de bonnes caract\u00e9ristiques de r\u00e9sistance, mais une faible plasticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acier calm\u00e9 ou la d\u00e9soxydation sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement obtenus par deux m\u00e9thodes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. D\u00e9soxydation par pr\u00e9cipitation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
