Production area separation fence – efficient and safe solution

A production area separation fence placed around machines or operating areas provides additional protection and a clear delimitation of the perimeter.

For a factory that needed the separation of the production area, H Metal supplied and installed the following components:

– bordered fence panels: height 1500 mm, length 2000 mm;

– sole poles: 1500 mm, made of 50 x 50 x 2 mm square pipe;

– U-type clamps for fixing the panels on the poles;

– M10 x 100 mm conexpanders for anchoring on the concrete surface;

– masking elements for the lower part of the sole of the poles;

– pedestrian ports: height 1450 mm, width 1200 mm.

All these elements have been galvanized and powder-coated in RAL 1021 yellow. This ensures both a visible and professional appearance, as well as superior mechanical resistance against scratches and bumps.

Metal posts with sole – efficient fixing on concrete surfaces

A central element of this solution is represented by the metal posts with sole, specially designed for direct mounting on industrial concrete platforms. Each pole is made of steel and has a perforated sole for firm grip with metal conexpands.

– quick and clean installation, without welding, only with mechanical fixing

– adaptability, being able to be placed on any flat surface, without additional foundations
