If you do not have this file, for a fee we will make the design part for cutting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer consultancy for each executed project, from the beginning phase to the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>CHARACTERISTICS OF CNC CUT SHEET METAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the maximum format of sheet metal that can be cut is 3000 x 1500 mm;<\/li><li>the thickness of the sheet metal from which parts can be made must be between 1 \u2013 20 mm;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>cutting accuracy is +\/- 2 mm;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the technology used allows 2D cutting of steel, stainless steel or aluminum sheet parts.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is a CNC machine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The abbreviation CNC stands for numerical control of the computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNC machining began as a perforated strip technology in the 1940s. It then quickly evolved into analog and digital technologies in the 1960s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNC machines work by programming their instructions into software powered into a computer, connected to the machine. The CNC system then performs these programmed tasks in a similar way to robots. Thus, human errors in production are drastically reduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNC machining is versatile, and the uses of CNC cut sheets are found in various industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CNC cut sheet metal has an attractive design and countless possibilities for customizing the drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of sheet metal is used for decorative applications in architecture and design, including railings, facades, decorative panels, company logos, fences and gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cutting of sheet metal on the CNC machine allows the faithful transfer of your drawings or ideas.
