We execute, on request, various types of metal profiles, according to your requests with standard and atypical dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dimensions, shape and material of the requested profile are customized according to each project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This profile can be used in numerous applications as well as: as a support for walls and roofs made of thermal insulation panels or corrugated sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawn Z steel sheet was made of pickled sheet metal<\/a> with dimensions 200 x 2.5 x 1500 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cold-rolled (pickled) sheet metal has excellent electromagnetic properties, formability and weldability. It has superior surface quality and dimensional accuracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This type of sheet metal is suitable for the manufacture of various products by bending and pressing. Available in a variety of sizes, with useful features in a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pickled sheet metal material quality: S235JR, S275JR; DX51DZ; S250GD; S320GD; S350GD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The required profile was made by the stamping technique, the most complex method of processing sheets by plastic deformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drawing is the method of plastic deformation<\/strong> of a pickled sheet metal to obtain the desired element. Deformation without prior heating of the body is called cold drawing, used especially for relatively thin bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stamping process is a complex process, depending on the geometric shape and material of the part, the deformation technology, the pressing equipment and the constructive shape of the mold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This cold deformation method allows the realization of common profiles such as: angles with equal or unequal sides, U profiles, C profiles, Z profiles, having various sizes of the base and wings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, through stamping, different types of atypical profiles can be executed, outside the standards in terms of shape and dimensions, as well as various parts\/semi-finished products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
