H Metal delivered such hot-dip galvanized products for a milk factory. Here the decision was made to build a footbridge (technical bridge).  This allows access from one place to another over the existing installations. To facilitate access to areas where existing installations would normally have to be bypassed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, a project for the construction of this technical bridge was executed, for which galvanized rectangular pipes and galvanized angles were requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The designer decided that the supporting frames\/frames of the galvanized grills should be made of galvanized rectangular pipe 60 x 40 x 3 mm. The galvanized pipe was cut at an angle of 45 degrees to be joined by welding in a rectangular shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, in the calculation of the resistance of the project, a zinc-plated corner with unequal sides was introduced. From which supporting and stiffening elements of the metal structure \/ walkway were executed. These elements were made of hot-dip galvanized uneven angle 50 x 30 x 4 mm<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These products bring economic and time benefits to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The products were debited to the final form requested by the beneficiary. After which they were introduced into the molten zinc bath. They were covered with a protective layer of zinc in order to prevent rust. The galvanization of these products is necessary, because it is a factory in the food field and because this metal structure is going to be in an environment with a lot of moisture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
