{"id":8105,"date":"2024-10-23T18:59:14","date_gmt":"2024-10-23T18:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/?p=8105"},"modified":"2024-10-23T19:00:14","modified_gmt":"2024-10-23T19:00:14","slug":"lattice-beams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/en\/lattice-beams\/","title":{"rendered":"Types of lattice beam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Lattice beams<\/strong> are constructions or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/en\/\">construction <\/a>elements made up of soles, diagonals, uprights and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/profile-ambutisate-dimensiuni-standard-si-atipice-72.html\">connecting parts<\/a>, which as a whole work on bending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A beam has the role of taking the load of the elements resting on it and sending it further, to the resistance elements of the construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the resistance structure of the roof, the trusses represent a non-deformable system of straight bars competing in nodes. These joints can be made with rivets, bolts or by welding. The interval between two nodes is called a panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The composition system of the beams with lattices is made of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* soles &#8211; contour bars, which edge the structure;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* lattices &#8211; internal bars, which connect the soles together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beams of the beam that connect the soles are connected to them in knots that are considered perfect joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metal beams have an increased capacity to withstand the loads exerted by strong wind or earthquakes and represent a key element in large-scale constructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The performance of a beam is influenced not only by its shape and physical dimensions, but also by the geometry of the cross section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>According to the method of composition, lattice beams are classified into:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Beams with simple trusses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are formed by a sequence of triangles, without the triangular surface overlapping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, depending on the grid distribution method, beams with simple grids can be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Beams with simple lattices with a triangular system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/grinda-cu-zabrele-simpla-cu-sistem-triunghiular1.png\" alt=\"lattice beams\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Beams with simple lattices with a rectangular system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/grinda-cu-zabrele-simpla-sistem-dreptunghiular1.png\" alt=\"sistem dreptunghiular\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Beams with simple diagonal lattices in K<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/grinda-cu-zabrele-simpla-cu-diagonale-in-K.png\" alt=\"grinda cu zabrele simpla cu diagonale in K\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Beams with composite trusses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are made up by superimposing simple systems so that the assembly has geometric invariance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/grinzi-cu-zabrele-compuse.png\" alt=\"grinzi cu zabrele compuse\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
