At the request of one of our clients, H Metal delivered metal parts used to make steel metal supports for supporting pipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This metal support is a garment that has the function of supporting an assembly of elements. From the moment it is fixed in the desired position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All subassemblies of the metal construction comply with the conditions of the „Regulation on the quality of welded steel joints of civil, industrial and agricultural constructions” – C150\/99.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cleaning of the metal parts was carried out until the metallic luster was obtained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The metal parts, made of 100 mm Ipe profiles and 15 mm black sheet. Were protected against corrosion by priming and painting as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. reddish brown primer layer;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. epoxy primer layer;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. paint layer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The protective portions with primer burned by welding were restored manually by applying three layers of epoxy paint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The materials used have quality certificates 3.1B in accordance with EN10204.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IPE profile 100 mm<\/a> \u2013 steel quality S355J2G3;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This profile is manufactured by the hot rolling process which determines its specific geometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is characterized by a good resistance to bending, being used in the field of civil and industrial constructions, such as: bridges, roof structures, support frames and lifting poles, lifting devices, etc. In general, they are positioned horizontally, they unload the load requests on the supports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black plate<\/a> 15 mm made of very good quality carbon steel. And is purchased from the best national and European steelworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The characteristics of the blackboard are multiple, depending on its destination. The thickness, size, quality and type are therefore extremely variable. It can be used in numerous applications such as: the manufacture of machines and equipment, the production of containers, various structural applications, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
