Clamping system for bordered panels with a special anti-theft nut, ideal for fixing on pipe posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This bordered panel fastening system consists of a galvanized T-head screw and a galvanized anti-theft nut. With its help, a non-demountable assembly is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The T-type end of the screw is designed in such a way that it prevents twisting while tightening the nut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anti-theft nut consists of two pieces, a threaded cone. Which performs the tightening, and a nut welded to the cone, which comes off by shearing when tightening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to install the system for bordered panels??<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tighten the nut on the post until it detaches from the cone. In this way, the cone can no longer come apart, the panels remaining fixed to the pillars through a non-removable assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cone remains fixed on the screw, ensuring the left side. And it is no longer possible to open the system because it is not possible to act with a key or a patent on the safety cone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For fixing, it is recommended to drill the post with a metal drill and to tighten it, use a ring key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the height of the fence posts used, between two and four clamps are needed for each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
