Structural steel<\/strong> is a high-quality material, which is available worldwide in certified grades, in the form of products of various shapes and sizes. The quality guarantee must give confidence to the customers and the engineers who use the steel in the construction of bridges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is available in two product forms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– „flat products” (steel sheet and flat strips)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S355 steel <\/strong>is predominantly used in highway bridges, because it offers an optimal balance between rigidity and resistance. And S275 <\/strong>steel is often used on railway bridges, where the design requires rigidity rather than strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
