{"id":5215,"date":"2023-12-14T10:03:14","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T10:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/?p=5215"},"modified":"2024-10-02T17:11:16","modified_gmt":"2024-10-02T17:11:16","slug":"la-resistance-a-la-traction-de-lacier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/la-resistance-a-la-traction-de-lacier\/","title":{"rendered":"La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de l&#8217;acier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction de l&#8217;acier est l&#8217;une des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s importantes des mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s dans les applications d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie et de fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;utilit\u00e9 d&#8217;un produit en acier dans le domaine technique repose sur la connaissance de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques et physiques, la connaissance des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et technologiques est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire. Elles nous donnent des indications sur son comportement en service, ainsi que sur ses possibilit\u00e9s de transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques d&#8217;un acier r\u00e9sultent de la combinaison de la composition chimique, du traitement thermique et de la m\u00e9thode de transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est la contrainte m\u00e9canique maximale \u00e0 laquelle une \u00e9prouvette peut \u00eatre soumise. Si la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, le mat\u00e9riau se rompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est not\u00e9e \u03c3r (ou Rm) et mesur\u00e9e en N\/mm2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formule de calcul de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est la suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u03c3r = F\/A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o\u00f9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F &#8211; la force maximale \u00e0 laquelle l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon est soumis lorsqu&#8217;il est tir\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A &#8211; la section initiale de l&#8217;\u00e9chantillon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S235&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 360<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S275 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 430&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S355&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 510<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque fil d&#8217;acier et chaque lot de produits finis issus de ce fil font l&#8217;objet d&#8217;analyses et d&#8217;essais m\u00e9caniques. Ces essais comprennent des essais de traction. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;appliquer une force de traction dans le sens longitudinal de l&#8217;\u00e9prouvette, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la rupture, afin de d\u00e9terminer les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un appareil d&#8217;essai de traction\/tensiom\u00e8tre. Les essais de traction permettent \u00e9galement de d\u00e9terminer les caract\u00e9ristiques de ductilit\u00e9 d&#8217;un mat\u00e9riau, \u00e0 savoir l&#8217;allongement \u00e0 la rupture et l&#8217;\u00e9longation \u00e0 la rupture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un \u00e9tat de contrainte limite du mat\u00e9riau est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l&#8217;\u00e9tat de contrainte correspondant soit au d\u00e9but de la rupture du mat\u00e9riau, soit au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;apparition d&#8217;un processus physique qui, pour une raison quelconque, est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme inacceptable, ind\u00e9sirable ou dangereux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tension et la compression sont appel\u00e9es contraintes axiales parce que les supports de force sont dirig\u00e9s tangentiellement \u00e0 l&#8217;axe g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de la barre.
