Les diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s d&#8217;acier sont diff\u00e9renci\u00e9es en fonction de cette caract\u00e9ristique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;acier est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral un alliage de carbone et de fer, mais il contient de nombreux autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Certains de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont conserv\u00e9s lors du processus de fabrication de l&#8217;acier, d&#8217;autres sont ajout\u00e9s pour produire des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques les plus courants dans la composition chimique de l&#8217;acier, outre le fer, sont le carbone, le mangan\u00e8se, le silicium, le phosphore, le soufre, le chrome, le molybd\u00e8ne, le nickel, l&#8217;aluminium et le vanadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la composition de base de l&#8217;acier a un effet sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#8217;acier et sur la fa\u00e7on dont il r\u00e9agit aux processus de fabrication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La teneur en carbone varie de 0,02 % \u00e0 2,11 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COMPOSITION CHIMIQUE DE L&#8217;ACIER &#8211; INFLUENCE DU CARBONE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Composition-chimique-de-lacier.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"455\" height=\"642\" src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Composition-chimique-de-lacier.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Composition-chimique-de-lacier.png 455w, https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Composition-chimique-de-lacier-213x300.png 213w, https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Composition-chimique-de-lacier-9x12.png 9w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 455px) 100vw, 455px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le carbone est l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important de l&#8217;acier. Il est essentiel dans les aciers \u00e0 durcir par trempe, et le degr\u00e9 de carbone contr\u00f4le la duret\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance du mat\u00e9riau, ainsi que la r\u00e9ponse au traitement thermique (ouvrabilit\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La teneur en carbone varie de 0,02 % \u00e0 2,11 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ductilit\u00e9, la forgeabilit\u00e9 et l&#8217;usinabilit\u00e9 diminuent si la quantit\u00e9 de carbone augmente, de m\u00eame que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de soudage de l&#8217;acier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus la teneur en carbone de l&#8217;acier est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la duret\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;usure apr\u00e8s traitement thermique sont importantes. La duret\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance augmentent proportionnellement lorsque la teneur en carbone augmente jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 environ 0,85 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que la teneur en carbone de l&#8217;acier augmente, la limite d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction augmentent, mais la plasticit\u00e9 et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&#8217;impact diminuent.
