{"id":7918,"date":"2024-10-16T20:32:55","date_gmt":"2024-10-16T20:32:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/?p=7918"},"modified":"2024-10-16T20:32:56","modified_gmt":"2024-10-16T20:32:56","slug":"emissions-de-co2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/emissions-de-co2\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne, une solution \u00e9conome pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;industrie sid\u00e9rurgique est responsable de plus de 10 % des \u00e9missions totales de CO2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&amp;P Global Ratings estime que les producteurs d&#8217;acier doivent d&#8217;abord planifier l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des processus de production, aid\u00e9s par des technologies telles que l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/procedes-modernes-de-fabrication-de-lacier\/\">EAF<\/a>. Mais en raison d\u2019ann\u00e9es de faible rentabilit\u00e9, rares sont ceux qui peuvent se permettre des d\u00e9penses d\u2019investissement tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le passage \u00e0 la technologie des fours \u00e0 arc \u00e9lectrique (EAF) permettrait une r\u00e9duction importante des \u00e9missions. Mais cela n\u00e9cessite d\u2019\u00e9normes investissements que les producteurs d\u2019acier ne peuvent pas se permettre pour le moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Chine, premier producteur mondial d&#8217;acier. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019augmenter le pourcentage de production avec l\u2019aide de l\u2019EAF d\u2019un faible niveau de 10 % \u00e0 20 % d\u2019ici 2025. Les \u00c9tats-Unis sont largement en t\u00eate, avec 67 % de l\u2019acier produit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019EAF, contre 41,5 % dans l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019utilisation de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne peut faire partie d\u2019une solution future. Mais le co\u00fbt \u00e9norme n\u00e9cessaire pour parvenir \u00e0 un processus enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 n\u2019est pas r\u00e9alisable pour les sid\u00e9rurgistes au cours de cette d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs projets pilotes utilisant l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sont test\u00e9s par les producteurs d\u2019acier europ\u00e9ens SSAB, ThyssenKrupp et ArcelorMittal. C&#8217;est juste que la probabilit\u00e9 d&#8217;un lancement \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle reste faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>L\u2019industrie sid\u00e9rurgique europ\u00e9enne doit \u00e9voluer plus rapidement pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les producteurs d\u2019acier europ\u00e9ens sont d\u00e9savantag\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues am\u00e9ricains. En raison de r\u00e9glementations plus strictes et d\u2019une technologie de four plus ancienne et plus polluante. Les fours \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne (BOF) repr\u00e9sentent 59% du total. Les initiatives de l&#8217;UE visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/\">\u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone<\/a> (CO2) de 50 % d&#8217;ici 2030. Par rapport aux niveaux de 1990, et \u00e0 atteindre z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette en Europe d&#8217;ici 2050, mettront les acteurs europ\u00e9ens \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9preuve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce que les changements incluent la consolidation de petites entreprises. Ainsi que la fermeture d&#8217;installations anciennes et moins comp\u00e9titives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019utilisation du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 BOF typique n\u00e9cessite pr\u00e8s de 2\u00a0000 kWh pour chaque tonne d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/otel&amp;100\">acier<\/a> produite, tandis que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 EAF n\u00e9cessite environ 450 kWh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><br>La Chine est loin de l\u2019Europe dans la course \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Chine a l\u2019un des pourcentages les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019utilisation du BOF pour la production d\u2019acier. Autrement dit, environ 90 % de la production d\u2019acier brut utilise ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;existence d&#8217;une industrie sid\u00e9rurgique \u00ab plus propre \u00bb est essentielle pour que la Chine puisse atteindre ses objectifs d&#8217;\u00e9missions maximales de carbone d&#8217;ici 2030 et de z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette d&#8217;ici 2060. Les objectifs du gouvernement chinois incluent l&#8217;augmentation du pourcentage d&#8217;utilisation de l&#8217;AEP \u00e0 20 % d&#8217;ici 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disponibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite de ferraille dans certains pays.
