{"id":8651,"date":"2024-11-12T19:43:34","date_gmt":"2024-11-12T19:43:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/?p=8651"},"modified":"2024-11-12T19:43:35","modified_gmt":"2024-11-12T19:43:35","slug":"lappret-la-surface-metallique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/lappret-la-surface-metallique\/","title":{"rendered":"Appr\u00eat des surfaces m\u00e9talliques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>L&#8217;appr\u00eat <\/strong>est l&#8217;op\u00e9ration par laquelle le premier film de mat\u00e9riau est appliqu\u00e9 sur la surface m\u00e9tallique, qui constitue la base des rev\u00eatements ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le film d&#8217;appr\u00eat a pour r\u00f4le d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une bonne connexion entre la surface m\u00e9tallique et le prochain film qui chevauche l&#8217;appr\u00eat. Ce film primaire peut remplir plusieurs fonctions : isolation du m\u00e9tal de l&#8217;environnement (gr\u00e2ce au liant), coloration (gr\u00e2ce au pigment) et <strong>protection anti-corrosion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#8217;appr\u00eat peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 aussi bien sur des surfaces m\u00e9talliques en fonte. En acier ou en alliages <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/inox&amp;103\">d&#8217;acier inoxydable<\/a>, que sur des surfaces m\u00e9talliques non ferreuses (alliages de Cu, Al, Zn, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question suivante se pose souvent : \u00ab Pourquoi est-il n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;appr\u00eater les surfaces m\u00e9talliques, la peinture ne suffit-elle pas ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette question est donn\u00e9e par les <strong>avantages que pr\u00e9sente l\u2019amorce<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; prot\u00e8ge le m\u00e9tal de la rouille ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; aide les couches d\u00e9coratives (\u00e9mail ou peinture brillante) \u00e0 mieux adh\u00e9rer ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00e9viter l&#8217;exfoliation et la fissuration du film d&#8217;\u00e9mail\/peinture ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; donne au film de peinture un aspect uniforme et lisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Appr\u00eat de la surface m\u00e9tallique &#8211; M\u00e9thodes d&#8217;application de la couche d&#8217;appr\u00eat :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 avec le pinceau ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 par pulv\u00e9risation ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 par immersion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque m\u00e9thode peut donner de bons r\u00e9sultats si elle est appliqu\u00e9e correctement.
