{"id":8890,"date":"2024-11-18T17:52:17","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T17:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/?p=8890"},"modified":"2024-11-18T17:52:18","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T17:52:18","slug":"tole-navale-laminee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/tole-navale-laminee\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Conseil naval et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de classification de l&#8217;industrie navale"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/tabla-navala-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"t\u00f4le navale lamin\u00e9e\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>t\u00f4le navale<\/strong> est une t\u00f4le \u00e9paisse lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud, pr\u00e9sentant une haute r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et \u00e0 l&#8217;abrasion, utilis\u00e9e dans l&#8217;industrie navale pour la construction des navires et de leurs diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, une plus grande importance a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 des navires, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 la protection du milieu marin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les t\u00f4le navale lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud sont class\u00e9es en deux cat\u00e9gories :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/tabla-otel&amp;100&amp;106.htm\">Plaque d&#8217;acier<\/a> \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance normale &#8211; a une valeur de limite d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 minimale de 235 N\/mm2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fonction de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle la r\u00e9silience est normalis\u00e9e, trois groupes sont identifi\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; groupe A, avec r\u00e9silience normalis\u00e9e \u00e0 O degr\u00e9s Celsius ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; avec le groupe D, avec une r\u00e9silience normalis\u00e9e \u00e0 -20 degr\u00e9s Celsius ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; du groupe E, avec une r\u00e9silience normalis\u00e9e \u00e0 -40 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. T\u00f4le d&#8217;acier \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance \u2013 a une limite d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 minimale comprise entre 315 et 390 N\/mm2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce groupe comprend les aciers pour la construction navale fournis en trois niveaux de r\u00e9sistance. Chaque niveau est divis\u00e9 par marques d&#8217;acier, en cat\u00e9gorie A, D, E&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; niveau de r\u00e9sistance 32 &#8211; symbolis\u00e9 A32, D32, E32, avec limite d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 315 N\/mm2 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; avec niveau de r\u00e9sistance 36 &#8211; symbolis\u00e9 A36, D36, E36, avec limite d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 355 N\/mm2 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; niveau de r\u00e9sistance 40 &#8211; symbolis\u00e9 A40, D40, E40, avec limite d&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 390 N\/mm2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de classification de l&#8217;industrie navale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils travaillent selon leurs propres registres navals, qui imposent des r\u00e9glementations et des restrictions dans le domaine de la construction navale. Une analyse comparative de ces registres montre qu&#8217;il existe pour le domaine naval une coh\u00e9rence technique et une \u00e9quivalence quant aux prescriptions pour la plupart des caract\u00e9ristiques. Ainsi sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s des produits compatibles, avec un niveau de qualit\u00e9 similaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/tabla-navala-inscriptionata-ABS-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"tabla navala inscriptionata ABS\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de classification les plus importantes de l&#8217;industrie de la construction navale ont rejoint l&#8217;IACS (International Association of Classification Societies).
