Et cela se fait en for\u00e7ant le mat\u00e9riau (l\u2019acier) \u00e0 travers l\u2019espace entre deux cylindres. Les deux types de laminage, \u00e0 chaud et \u00e0 froid, diff\u00e8rent sur trois aspects majeurs : la temp\u00e9rature de laminage, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>M\u00e9thodes de laminage &#8211; descriptions et diff\u00e9rences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>laminage \u00e0 chaud <\/strong>est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au-dessus de la temp\u00e9rature de recristallisation de l&#8217;acier. Tandis que le laminage \u00e0 froid s&#8217;effectue \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la recristallisation. La temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/otel&amp;100\">l&#8217;acier<\/a> est trait\u00e9 affecte diff\u00e9remment la structure mol\u00e9culaire du mat\u00e9riau. L&#8217;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud perd sa duret\u00e9 une fois chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Tandis que l\u2019acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid devient plus dur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/fr\/lacier-dans-constructions-modernes\/\">ductilit\u00e9 <\/a>est mesur\u00e9e par des tests d&#8217;allongement. L&#8217;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 froid a un pourcentage d&#8217;allongement compris entre 40 % et 46 %, tandis que dans le cas de l&#8217;acier lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud, le pourcentage est compris entre 30 % et 36 %. Par laminage \u00e0 froid, l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur du mat\u00e9riau travaill\u00e9 est r\u00e9duite. De plus, des tol\u00e9rances d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur plus strictes sont obtenues que par laminage \u00e0 chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe \u00e9galement une diff\u00e9rence concernant la surface de l\u2019acier obtenu. Dans le cas d&#8217;un laminage \u00e0 chaud, on obtient un mat\u00e9riau avec une surface rugueuse et des coins arrondis. Mais dans le cas d\u2019un laminage \u00e0 froid, la surface est brillante et les coins sont droits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le type d&#8217;acier (lamin\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud ou \u00e0 froid) est choisi en fonction de l&#8217;usage pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le laminage \u00e0 chaud est plus adapt\u00e9 aux processus o\u00f9 vous avez besoin d&#8217;une plus grande capacit\u00e9 pour former l&#8217;acier, tels que les applications automobiles, les tuyaux, les chauffe-eau, les \u00e9quipements agricoles lourds, les constructions m\u00e9talliques et les wagons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Laminage \u00e0 froid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il se pr\u00eate mieux aux applications o\u00f9 vous avez besoin d\u2019une meilleure finition de surface, d\u2019une plan\u00e9it\u00e9 et d\u2019une tol\u00e9rance am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Ceci est souvent utilis\u00e9 pour les appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers, tels que les portes de r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, les machines \u00e0 laver, ainsi que pour certaines pi\u00e8ces automobiles qui n\u00e9cessitent une plus grande r\u00e9sistance, comme les toits, les capots et les ailes. Ce sont aussi les parties expos\u00e9es d\u2019une automobile qui seront souvent peintes.
