A m\u0171eml\u00e9kek jegyz\u00e9k\u00e9ben I. Carol h\u00edd n\u00e9ven szerepel a &#8222;Dorobanti&#8221; szoborral. A h\u00edd\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny megszavaz\u00e1s\u00e1nak id\u0151pontj\u00e1t\u00f3l f\u00fcggetlen\u00fcl azonban k\u00e9t probl\u00e9ma v\u00e1lt nyilv\u00e1nval\u00f3v\u00e1. Egyr\u00e9szt egy k\u00fcl\u00f6n vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1s \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l van sz\u00f3 Bukarestben, amely a Fetesti, Gara Oborig tart\u00f3 vas\u00fatvonal kiszolg\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1ra szolg\u00e1lna. De a Cernavoda-Constanta vas\u00fatvonal visszav\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l is, mivel az egy angol c\u00e9g tulajdon\u00e1ban volt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e429e1ad-d5a4-441b-be18-4e22c0d049f3\">A vas\u00fat els\u0151 szakasza, amely a Fekete-tenger partj\u00e1ra vitte volna az utaz\u00f3kat, a Konstanc\u00e1t Cernavod\u00e1val \u00f6sszek\u00f6t\u0151 szakasz volt. A k\u00e9t szakasz \u00f6sszek\u00f6t\u00e9s\u00e9hez h\u00edd \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g a Duna \u00e9s a Borcea-kar f\u00f6l\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-be458b60-d277-476c-94bb-b26291637f66\">A Cernavoda-Konstanca vas\u00fatvonal 1882. december 10-\u00e9n korm\u00e1nyunk birtok\u00e1ba ker\u00fclt, ami neh\u00e9zkes folyamat volt. Fizetve a vas\u00fat\u00e9rt, a g\u00f6rd\u00fcl\u0151\u00e1llom\u00e1ny\u00e9rt, a f\u00f6ld\u00e9rt \u00e9s a rakt\u00e1rak\u00e9rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>A CERNAVODA H\u00cdD PAP\u00cdRRA VETETT FORM\u00c1JA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1882. augusztus 3-\u00e1n hirdett\u00e9k meg az els\u0151 nemzetk\u00f6zi p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatot a Borce\u00e1n \u00e9s a Dun\u00e1n \u00e1t\u00edvel\u0151 hidak \u00e9s vasutak \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re. Nyolc p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatot ny\u00fajtottak be p\u00e1rizsi, b\u00e9csi, frankfurti, berni \u00e9s belga \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151ipari v\u00e1llalatok. Az eredm\u00e9ny az lett, hogy a p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatra benevezett k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi c\u00e9gek \u00e1ltal beny\u00fajtott terveket nem megfelel\u0151nek \u00edt\u00e9lt\u00e9k. \u00daj felt\u00e9teleket szabtak egy \u00faj verseny megrendez\u00e9s\u00e9hez. 1885-ben \u00faj p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatot \u00edrtak ki a Cernavoda-h\u00edd \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re. A hidat k\u00f6zhaszn\u00fanak nyilv\u00e1n\u00edtott\u00e1k, \u00e9s a becs\u00fclt k\u00f6lts\u00e9g 35 milli\u00f3 arany lej volt. A bizotts\u00e1g &#8211; amely kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag rom\u00e1niai &#8211; a mai napig elutas\u00edtja a p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatra benevezett k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi c\u00e9gek aj\u00e1nlat\u00e1t. Annak idej\u00e9n a bizotts\u00e1g egyes tagjai azt javasolt\u00e1k, hogy Anghel Saligny maga ny\u00fajtson be egy projektet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mivel a p\u00e1ly\u00e1zaton egyetlen c\u00e9g sem nyerte el a munk\u00e1t, 1887 szeptember\u00e9ben a K\u00f6zmunka\u00fcgyi Miniszt\u00e9rium k\u00fcl\u00f6n Fetesti &#8211; Cernavoda vas\u00fatvonalat hozott l\u00e9tre. Ennek feladata volt a v\u00e9gleges tervek tanulm\u00e1nyoz\u00e1sa \u00e9s kidolgoz\u00e1sa. A szolg\u00e1latban csak rom\u00e1n m\u00e9rn\u00f6k\u00f6k dolgoztak, \u00e9s Anghel Saligny volt a vezet\u0151je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>VAS\u00daTI \u00daTVONAL LEFEKTET\u00c9SE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Iorceanu \u00e9s D. Frunza m\u00e9rn\u00f6k\u00f6k tanulm\u00e1nyozz\u00e1k \u00e9s meg\u00e1llap\u00edtj\u00e1k a vas\u00fati \u00fatvonalat \u00e9s a h\u00edd \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si hely\u00e9t. A Cernavoda t\u00e9rs\u00e9g\u00e9ben v\u00e9gzett v\u00edzrajzi vizsg\u00e1latokhoz Sir Charles Hartley, az Eur\u00f3pai Duna Bizotts\u00e1g f\u0151m\u00e9rn\u00f6k\u00e9nek szolg\u00e1latait veszik ig\u00e9nybe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezen adatok alapj\u00e1n a K\u00f6zmunka\u00fcgyi Miniszt\u00e9rium megb\u00edzza Anghel Saligny-t a Fetesti Constanta vas\u00fatvonal \u00e9s a Duna-h\u00edd terv\u00e9nek kidolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1val, valamint a meg\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00fckh\u00f6z sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges \u00f6sszes munk\u00e1latokkal, a &#8222;Vizek k\u00f6z\u00f6tti \u00fat&#8221; c\u00edm\u0171 m\u0171, szerz\u0151je Octavia Cretu, p., szerint. 62.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1888-ban Anghel Saligny &#8222;Memoriul asupra proiectului pontului peste Dunare la Cernavoda&#8221; (Eml\u00e9kirat a csernavodai Duna-h\u00edd terv\u00e9r\u0151l) c\u00edm\u0171 bros\u00fara form\u00e1j\u00e1ban adta ki, amelyet a Rom\u00e1n Vasutak F\u0151igazgat\u00f3s\u00e1g\u00e1nak ny\u00fajtott be. Ugyanezen \u00e9v m\u00e1rcius 16-\u00e1n Mihail Kogalniceanu a korm\u00e1nyhoz fordult, \u00e9s k\u00e9rte, hogy a Fetesti-Cernavoda hidat Anghel Saligny \u00e9p\u00edtse meg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1890. janu\u00e1r 3-\u00e1n p\u00e1ly\u00e1zatot \u00edrtak ki a rom\u00e1n m\u00e9rn\u00f6k\u00f6k ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val a fed\u00e9lzeteket \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151 c\u00e9gek kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1ra. &#8222;A h\u00edd terveinek v\u00e9gleges\u00edt\u00e9se ut\u00e1n \u00e1rver\u00e9st tartottak a munk\u00e1latok megrendel\u00e9s\u00e9re. Az \u00e1rver\u00e9sre 1890. janu\u00e1r 3-\u00e1n ker\u00fclt sor. Az aj\u00e1nlatt\u00e9telre felk\u00e9rt 9 h\u00e1zb\u00f3l csak 7 jelentkezett; a legalacsonyabb \u00e1rat a Fves-Lille c\u00e9g aj\u00e1nlotta, amelyre a munk\u00e1t b\u00edzt\u00e1k. K\u00e9s\u0151bb ker\u00fclt sor a Borcea h\u00edd \u00e1rver\u00e9s\u00e9re, amelyet a francia Schneider et Co. gy\u00e1rnak \u00edt\u00e9ltek oda, a viaduktokat pedig a belga Cocherill c\u00e9gnek&#8221;, (&#8222;Cernavoda t\u00f6rt\u00e9nete&#8221;, szerz\u0151: Ioan I. Mussat, 85. oldal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>A Duna-h\u00edd alapk\u00f6ve<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1890. okt\u00f3ber 9-\u00e9n I. Carol kir\u00e1ly letette a Duna-h\u00edd alapk\u00f6v\u00e9t, az els\u0151 l\u00e1bazatot alkot\u00f3 falazatba a Duna bal partj\u00e1n egy \u00e1llami pecs\u00e9ttel ell\u00e1tott dokumentumot temetett be, t\u00f6bb, akkoriban forgalomban l\u00e9v\u0151 \u00e9rm\u00e9vel egy\u00fctt. Az okirat egy p\u00e9ld\u00e1ny\u00e1t az \u00c1llami Lev\u00e9lt\u00e1rban \u0151rzik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anghel Saligny, vil\u00e1gh\u00edr\u0171 \u00faj\u00edt\u00e1sok<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A h\u00edd \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel k\u00e9t jelent\u0151s, k\u00e9s\u0151bb vil\u00e1gh\u00edr\u0171v\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00faj\u00edt\u00e1st vezetnek be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>A konzolos gerendarendszer kedvez\u0151 a h\u00edd nagy feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1gaihoz.<\/li><li>A fel\u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nyhez ac\u00e9lt haszn\u00e1ltak, amelyet a porvas helyett el\u0151nyben r\u00e9szes\u00edtettek. A Cernavoda h\u00eddkomplexum, a munk\u00e1latok 1890 \u0151sz\u00e9n kezd\u0151dtek, mag\u00e1ban foglalja a Borcea-kar feletti hidat, a t\u00f3 \u00e9s a Duna melletti \u00e1rv\u00edzi hidat, a Duna feletti hidat, \u00f6sszesen 4087,95 m, a Fetesti-Cernavoda 27,3 km hossz\u00fas\u00e1g\u00fa egys\u00e9ges vas\u00fatvonalat, a t\u00f6lt\u00e9seket, az \u00e1tj\u00e1r\u00f3kat, a vas\u00fat\u00e1llom\u00e1sokat, a m\u0171t\u00e1rgyakat. A h\u00edd fel\u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nye 30 m\u00e9terrel a magas v\u00edzszint felett van, az alapoz\u00e1s 28,5 m\u00e9ter m\u00e9lyen. A gerend\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00f6tti sz\u00e9less\u00e9g 6,5 \u00e9s 9 m\u00e9ter k\u00f6z\u00f6tt v\u00e1ltozik.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5>A munk\u00e1latok kivitelez\u00e9se \u00e9s s\u00falya<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A munk\u00e1latokat a Vas\u00fati F\u0151igazgat\u00f3s\u00e1g v\u00e9gezte. Ez az ac\u00e9lkolosszus, amelynek fel\u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nye 5216 tonn\u00e1t nyom, teljes hossza 1622 m\u00e9ter, amelyb\u0151l 750 m\u00e9ter keresztezi a foly\u00f3medret, 6 oszlopon nyugszik, infrastrukt\u00far\u00e1ja 15 374 m3 betonb\u00f3l \u00e9s 32 066 m3 nyers k\u0151falazatb\u00f3l \u00e1ll. A minim\u00e1lis sug\u00e1r 40 m\u00e9ter, a maxim\u00e1lis r\u00e1mpa pedig 10%. A kilenc r\u00e9szre osztott fel\u00e9p\u00edtm\u00e9nyt ac\u00e9l gerendav\u00e1zakb\u00f3l \u00e1ll\u00edtott\u00e1k \u00f6ssze. Ezeket pontonokkal 1,2 m\u00e9terrel emelt\u00e9k a v\u00edz f\u00f6l\u00e9. A gerend\u00e1kat hidraulikus daruk seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel emelt\u00e9k a projektben el\u0151ir\u00e1nyzott magass\u00e1gba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A viadukt r\u00e1mp\u00e1j\u00e1t az eur\u00f3pai hatalmak \u00e1ltal megfogalmazott k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9ny teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9nek sz\u00fcks\u00e9gess\u00e9ge dikt\u00e1lta. Mag\u00e1t a hidat a Duna felett 30 m\u00e9teres magass\u00e1gban kellett meg\u00e9p\u00edteni. Hogy lehet\u0151v\u00e9 tegye a magas haj\u00f3k \u00e1thalad\u00e1s\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5><strong>A h\u00edd k\u00f6z\u00e9ps\u0151 \u00e9s m\u00e1sodlagos ny\u00edl\u00e1sai<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A Duna-h\u00edd k\u00f6z\u00e9ps\u0151 feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1ga 190 m\u00e9ter, amelyhez 4 kisebb, 140 m\u00e9teres feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1g\u00fa feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1g tartozik, valamint egy viadukt 15 darab 60 m\u00e9teres feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1ggal. A h\u00edd 30 m\u00e9terrel a foly\u00f3 magas v\u00edzszintje felett helyezkedik el, hogy a nagyobb \u00e1rbocos haj\u00f3k is \u00e1tkelhessenek rajta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Borcea Bratul felett a h\u00edd h\u00e1rom, egyenk\u00e9nt 140 m\u00e9teres feszt\u00e1v\u00fa h\u00eddb\u00f3l \u00e1ll. A viadukt pedig 11 darab 50 m\u00e9teres feszt\u00e1v\u00fa viadukt. A 19. sz\u00e1zadban a Borcea-sziget ink\u00e1bb egy pocsolya volt, amelyen egy 14 kilom\u00e9teres vas\u00fati szakasz haladt \u00e1t. Itt egy viaduktot \u00e9p\u00edtettek 34 darab, egyenk\u00e9nt 42 m\u00e9teres feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1g\u00fa feszt\u00e1vval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f6bb mint egy \u00e9vsz\u00e1zaddal ezel\u0151tt ez a h\u00edd a felj\u00e1r\u00f3kkal egy\u00fctt a leghosszabb h\u00eddkomplexumot alkotta, amelyet Rom\u00e1ni\u00e1ban \u00e9p\u00edtettek. A harmadik legnagyobb a vil\u00e1gon \u00e9s az els\u0151 Eur\u00f3p\u00e1ban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A szabads\u00e1gharc nagy csat\u00e1iban elesett h\u0151s\u00f6k tisztelet\u00e9re a Cernavoda-h\u00edd v\u00e9gein\u00e9l k\u00e9t dorobantit \u00e1br\u00e1zol\u00f3 bronz eml\u00e9km\u0171vet \u00e1ll\u00edtottak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6><strong>A h\u00edd felavat\u00e1sa \u00e9s l\u00e9tez\u00e9se<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>A hidat 1895. szeptember 26-\u00e1n avatt\u00e1k fel I. K\u00e1roly kir\u00e1ly jelenl\u00e9t\u00e9ben, amely alkalm\u00e1b\u00f3l b\u0151s\u00e9ges \u00fcnneps\u00e9get rendeztek. Az els\u0151 pr\u00f3bakonvoj, amely 15 neh\u00e9zmozdonyb\u00f3l \u00e1llt, \u00e1thaladt a h\u00eddon. 60 km\/h volt a sebess\u00e9g\u00fck. A vend\u00e9gek sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra fenntartott vonat k\u00f6vette \u0151ket, amely 80 km\/\u00f3r\u00e1s sebess\u00e9ggel kelt \u00e1t a h\u00eddon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1r sokan k\u00e9telkedtek a h\u00edd erej\u00e9ben, Anghel Saligny meg volt gy\u0151z\u0151dve projektje biztons\u00e1g\u00e1r\u00f3l. K\u00f6z\u00fati h\u00edd \u00e9p\u00fclt a vas\u00fati h\u00edddal p\u00e1rhuzamosan, az A2-es aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
