Ez az anyag a legt\u00f6bbet \u00fajrahasznos\u00edtott a bolyg\u00f3n. T\u00f6bb, mint az \u00f6sszes t\u00f6bbi anyag (pap\u00edr, m\u0171anyag, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/aluminiu&amp;101\">alum\u00ednium<\/a>, \u00fcveg) egy\u00fcttv\u00e9ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az ac\u00e9l elk\u00e9peszt\u0151 metallurgiai tulajdons\u00e1gai lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszik az \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s folytat\u00e1s\u00e1t an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy az egyik term\u00e9kb\u0151l a m\u00e1sikba cs\u00f6kkenne a hozam. \u00cdgy az \u00fajrahasznos\u00edtott ac\u00e9l haszn\u00e1lata energia- \u00e9s nyersanyag-felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s megtakar\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz vezet, ahol elker\u00fclhet\u0151 az \u00e9rcalap\u00fa termel\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1rom tonna \u00faj ac\u00e9lb\u00f3l kett\u0151t r\u00e9gi ac\u00e9lb\u00f3l \u00e1ll\u00edtanak el\u0151. Az \u00e9rc felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa tov\u00e1bbra is sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, mert sok ac\u00e9lterm\u00e9k \u00e9vtizedekig (tart\u00f3s \u00e1ruk\u00e9nt) \u00fczemel, mik\u00f6zben az ac\u00e9l ir\u00e1nti kereslet vil\u00e1gszerte folyamatosan n\u00f6vekszik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>\u00c9p\u00edt\u00e9si ac\u00e9l \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Az \u00e9p\u00edtkez\u00e9sek ter\u00fclet\u00e9n az \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s m\u00e1sik form\u00e1ja az ac\u00e9lterm\u00e9kek \u00fajrafelhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa. Az ac\u00e9lt nem olvasztj\u00e1k \u00fajra, hanem a term\u00e9khaszn\u00e1lat \u00faj szakasz\u00e1ba l\u00e9p. Ez az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s m\u00e9g nagyobb \u00f6kol\u00f3giai el\u0151ny\u00f6kkel j\u00e1r, mint maga az \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sok ac\u00e9lterm\u00e9k k\u00f6nnyen \u00fajrafelhaszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3. A H Metal k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tevi-recuperate.ro\/\">visszanyert cs\u00f6veket<\/a> k\u00edn\u00e1l. Ez a cs\u0151 g\u00e1z-, v\u00edz- vagy olajsz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3 h\u00e1l\u00f3zatb\u00f3l sz\u00e1rmazik, \u00e9s haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teava-recuperata.ro\/subtraversari_103\">alulj\u00e1r\u00f3khoz<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tevirecuperate.ro\/piloti-forati_101\">f\u00e9mzsaluzatokhoz<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tevirecuperate.ro\/piloti-forati_101\">f\u00fart c\u00f6l\u00f6p\u00f6kh\u00f6z<\/a> vagy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teavarecuperata.ro\/podete_113\">padl\u00f3khoz<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 70-es \u00e9s 80-as \u00e9vekben az ac\u00e9lgy\u00e1raknak 144 kg nyersanyagra volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g\u00fck 100 kg ac\u00e9l el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. A kutat\u00e1sba \u00e9s technol\u00f3giai fejleszt\u00e9sekbe val\u00f3 befektet\u00e9sek azt eredm\u00e9nyezt\u00e9k, hogy ma az ac\u00e9liparban mind\u00f6ssze 115 kg nyersanyagra van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g 100 kg ac\u00e9l el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz. 1975-t\u0151l 2005-ig az el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtott nyersac\u00e9l tonn\u00e1nk\u00e9nti \u00e1tlagos energiafogyaszt\u00e1sa k\u00f6r\u00fclbel\u00fcl 50%-kal cs\u00f6kkent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi szempontb\u00f3l az ac\u00e9l \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00f3ri\u00e1si hat\u00e1ssal van a CO2-kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s cs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s\u00e9re. Az \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zok k\u00f6z\u00fcl a sz\u00e9n-dioxid (CO2) l\u00e9nyeges az ac\u00e9lipar sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. Az \u00fajrahasznos\u00edt\u00e1s jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkenti az \u00e9rcek kitermel\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00e9s feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1val el\u00e9rt CO2-kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s mennyis\u00e9g\u00e9t.
