Si se realizeaza prin trecerea fortata a materialului (otelului) prin intervalul dintre doi cilindrii. Cele doua tipuri de laminare, la cald si la rece, difera in trei aspecte majore: temperatura de laminare, \u00a0grosimea si proprietatile materialului.<\/p>\n<h2>Metode de laminare &#8211; descrieri si diferente<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Laminarea la cald<\/strong> se efectueaza peste temperatura de recristalizare a otelului. In timp ce laminarea la rece are loc la o temperatura sub cea de recristalizare. Temperatura la care este prelucrat <a title=\"otel\" href=\"http:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/otel&amp;100\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">otelul <\/a>afecteaza diferit structura moleculara a materialului. Otelul laminat la cald isi pierde duritatea odata ce a fost incalzit la o temperatura inalta. In timp ce otelul laminat la rece devine mai dur.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"ductilitate\" href=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/ductilitatea-otelului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ductilitatea <\/a>este masurata prin testarea de alungire. Otelul laminat la rece are un procentaj de alungire intre 40% si 46%, in timp ce in cazul otelului laminat la cald procentajul este intre 30% si 36%. Prin laminarea la rece se reduce grosimea materialului lucrat. De asemenea, se ating tolerante de grosime mai stricte decat prin laminarea la cald.<\/p>\n<p>Exista o diferenta si in ceea ce priveste suprafata otelului rezultat. In cazul laminarii la cald rezulta un material cu suprafata aspra si colturile rotunjite. Dar in cazul laminarii la rece suprafata este lucioasa si colturile drepte.<\/p>\n<p>Tipul de otel (laminat la cald sau rece) este ales in functie de destinatia de utilizare.<\/p>\n<p>Laminarea la cald este mai potrivita pentru procesele in care aveti nevoie mai mult capacitatea de a forma otelul, cum ar fi utilizari auto, conducte, incalzitoare de apa, echipamente agricole grele, constructii metalice si vagoane.<\/p>\n<h3>Laminarea la rece<\/h3>\n<p>Se preteaza mai bine pentru aplicatii unde aveti nevoie de finisare mai buna de suprafata, planeitate, toleranta imbunatatita. Aceasta este adesea folosita pentru aparatele electrocasnice, cum ar fi usile de frigider, masini de spalat, precum si unele parti auto care au nevoie de o rezistenta mai mare, cum ar fi tavane, capote si\u00a0 aripi. Acestea sunt, de asemenea, partile expuse ale unui automobil, care vor fi deseori vopsite.
