Acesta este rezistent atat la compresiune, cat si la intindere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ductilitatea otelului<\/strong> reprezinta capacitatea lui de a se deforma plastic fara sa se rupa. Aceasta caracteristica permite otelului sa fie tras sau <a title=\"laminat\" href=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/laminare-la-cald-vs-laminare-la-rece\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">laminat<\/span> <\/a>pentru a obtine produse lungi si subtiri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Otelul<\/strong> se transforma prin mai multe procedee tehnologice pana la atingerea formei corespunzatoare rolului functional dorit. Ductilitatea, alaturi de capacitatea de turnare, forjabilitatea, prelucrarea prin aschiere, maleabilitatea, sudabilitatea si durificarea, face parte dintre proprietatile tehnologice \u00a0ale otelului. Aceste proprietati se refera la modul de comportare a otelului in timpul prelucrarii.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"otelul\" href=\"http:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/otel&amp;100\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Otelul <\/a>cu un continut ridicat de carbon face ca metalul sa fie foarte fragil si cu o ductilitate scazuta. Acesta este motivul pentru care otelul format initial in furnale este supus unui tratament suplimentar. Pentru a reduce continutul de carbon. Ductilitatea otelului este influentata atat de cantitatea de carbon continuta, cat si de tratamentele de recoacere si <a title=\"calire\" href=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/calirea-otelului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">calire<\/span> <\/a>la care acesta este supus.<\/p>\n<h2>Otelul folosit in constructiile moderne &#8211; la nivel de material ductilitatea se exprima prin urmatoarele cerinte:<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; raportul dintre rezistenta la rupere si rezistenta minim\u0103 de curgere este cel pu\u0163in egala cu 1.20;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; alungirea la rupere este cel putin egala cu 20%.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; otelurile folosite in elementele structurale cu rol disipativ trebuie sa aiba un palier de curgere<\/p>\n<p>distinct, cu alungire specifica la sfarsitul palierului de curgere, Ae, de cel putin 1,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru fiecare <a title=\"marca de otel\" href=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/marci-si-clase-de-otel-pentru-constructii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marca de otel<\/a> si clasa de calitate, standardele de produs precizeaza valoarea minima a alungirii la rupere.<\/p>\n<p>Un material ductil permite redistribuirea eforturilor \u00een cazul structurilor static nedeterminate, care vor fi capabile s\u0103 preia incarcari mai mari dec\u00e2t \u00een cazul structurilor din materiale casante.
