{"id":1412,"date":"2017-12-15T12:27:40","date_gmt":"2017-12-15T12:27:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/?p=1412"},"modified":"2023-10-16T07:11:19","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T07:11:19","slug":"reducerea-emisiilor-de-carbon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/ro\/reducerea-emisiilor-de-carbon\/","title":{"rendered":"Economia circulara din industria siderurgica ar putea reduce emisiile de carbon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In timp ce mai toate tarile lucreaza pentru a satisface cerintele Acordului de la Paris, acestea trebuie sa priveasca dincolo de cele mai evidente industrii pentru reducerea emisiilor de carbon.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit unui nou raport, este nevoie de o <a title=\"reciclare\" href=\"http:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/reciclarea-otelului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reciclare <\/a>sporita a otelului si de concentrarea asupra decarbonizarii energiei, precum si a tehnologiilor de control a emisiilor, pentru a decarboniza productia industriei siderurgice, care continua sa reprezinte o pondere considerabila a emisiilor globale de carbon.<\/p>\n<h2>Acordul de la Paris<\/h2>\n<p>Este un acord global privind schimbarile climatice la care s-a ajuns la 12 decembrie 2015 la Paris. Acordul prezinta un plan de actiune pentru limitarea incalzirii globale \u201emult sub\u201d 2\u00b0C. Acesta vizeaza perioada cu incepere din 2020. Pentru a ramane in limitele de 1,5\u00b0C, trebuie implementate schimbari considerabile in modul in care este produsa energia. Precum si in modul in care este consumata. Cu toate acestea, in timp ce arderea combustibililor fosili este un aspect al decarbonizarii economiei mondiale in conformitate cu obiectivele la nivel mondial, alte procese cum ar fi cele utilizate pentru a crea otel si ciment, genereaza de asemenea emisii de carbon, care trebuie decarbonizate .<\/p>\n<p>Un studiu bazat pe datele colectate de Climate Action Tracker, o evaluare independenta bazata pe stiinta eforturilor globale de reducere a emisiilor a sugerat ca principiile economice circulare ar putea avea un impact major asupra industriei siderurgice. Raportul prezinta trei scenarii care ar urmari o reducere a impactului carbonului din sectorul siderurgic, in conformitate cu obiectivele globale. Cercetarea considera o abordare larga, pornind de la imbunatatirea proceselor-cheie de combustibil pana la un model economic circular mai amplu pentru industriile respective.<\/p>\n<p>Cererea de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/otel&amp;100\">otel,<\/a> in special in economiile in curs de dezvoltare, a inregistrat o crestere constanta a productiei la nivel mondial, in special in China, pe masura ce economia s-a extins rapid, printre altele, prin investitii in infrastructura.<\/p>\n<p>Cresterea productiei a determinat o crestere puternica a impactului industriei asupra emisiilor globale. De la 1,3 Gt la 2,8 Gt in perioada 1990-2015. Sau aproximativ 5% din emisiile globale de gaze cu efect de sera in 2012.<\/p>\n<h3>Se cauta solutii si se fac scenarii pentru reducerea emisiilor de carbon<\/h3>\n<p>Scenariul A ar continua sa mentina tendintele actuale doar cu imbunatatiri sporite ale eficientei si cresterea ratelor de productie a otelului EAF in conformitate cu disponibilitatea deseurilor. Acest scenariu presupune o scadere considerabila a cererii.<\/p>\n<p>Scenariul B observa aceeasi crestere negativa a cererii, dar cu decarbonizarea productiei de energie electrica si cresterea concentrata a eficientei energetice.<\/p>\n<p>In cele din urma, in scenariul C, in care se utilizeaza principii economice circulare accentul se pune pe maximizarea utilizarii deseurilor. Precum si pe reducerea cererii si pe cresterea eficientei energetice si, prin urmare, va include procedura mai putin poluanta a EAF.<\/p>\n<p>In ceea ce priveste rezultatele cumulate din diferitele scenarii, cercetarile indica castiguri considerabile pentru trecerea la scenariul C. \u00e2<\/p>\n<p>Autorii studiului: &#8222;Cu toate acestea, in termeni cumulativi, adica luarea in considerare a sumei emisiilor in perioada 2016-2050. Aceast\u0103 diferenta este de 6% pentru UE si 10% pentru China. In scenariul C, emisiile sunt reduse in continuare; pana in 2050, emisiile din sectorul siderurgic in UE si in China sunt cu 34% si cu 51% mai scazute decat scenariul 1.
