Dar schimbarile climatice recente ne arata ca toate societatile ar trebui sa-i urmeze exemplul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Japonia este una dintre cele mai predispuse tari din lume la cutremure. Dupa ce a experimentat Marele Cutremur Hanshin-Awaji in 1995 si Marele Cutremur din Japonia de Est in 2011, Japonia opteaza pentru constructia de cladiri care sunt rezistente la cutremure si tsunami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O societate durabila inseamna si construirea da cladiri rezistente la cutremure si tsunami. Acestea chiar daca sunt distruse, pot fi usor reparate si folosite dupa dezastru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>De ce avem nevoie de cladiri rezistente la cutremure si dezastre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schimbarile climatice recente au dus la o crestere a numarului de dezastre la o scara mai mare decat se anticipa anterior, cum ar fi taifunurile gigantice, ploile torentiale, insurgentele fluviale si alunecarile de teren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cererea de <strong>cladiri rezistente la dezastre<\/strong> este in continua crestere pe fondul eforturilor de a face infrastructura sociala a Japoniei durabila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Producatorii de otel se straduiesc sa realizeze o infrastructura durabila. Acest lucru se obtine prin dezvoltarea si furnizarea de materiale din <strong>otel <\/strong>de inalta performanta. De asemenea, elaborarea de tehnologii de proiectare\/constructie pentru utilizarea acestora in cladiri structurale din otel rezistente la dezastre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adesea daunele suferite in timpul cutremurelor majore au cauzat ruperea imbinarilor sudate de la capetele grinzilor de otel. Astfel cladirile devenind neutilizabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a imbunatatii rezistenta la cutremur au fost dezvoltate tipuri de otel care asigura o capacitate mare de deformare plastica si performanta de absorbtie a energiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cladirile japoneze pe structura din otel nu sunt realizate in intregime din otel. Adesea au structuri compozite care combina betonul si otelul. De exemplu, majoritatea stalpilor din zgarie-nori japonezi sunt stalpi CFT (<strong>concrete-filled tubular<\/strong>). Acesti stalpi CFT sunt construiti prin turnarea betonului in tuburi de otel circulare sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/otel\/teava-otel\/teava-patrata-otel_100&amp;104&amp;121\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"patrate \">patrate <\/a>pentru a forma stalpi de sustinere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nippon Steel<\/strong> este producatorul japonez, nr. 3 la nivel mondial, care produce otel de inalta rezistenta pentru stalpii CFT. Cu ajutorul acestor oteluri de inalta rezistenta se reduce dimensiunea sectiunii transversale si greutatea stalpilor.
