In functie de aceasta caracteristica se diferentiaza diferitele calitati ale otelului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Otelul in general este un aliaj de <strong>carbon si fier<\/strong>, dar contine multe alte elemente. Dintre acestea unele sunt retinute din procesul de fabricare a otelului, alte elemente sunt adaugate pentru a produce proprietati specifice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Cele mai obisnuite elemente chimice din compozitia chimica a otelului, alaturi de fier, sunt: carbonul, manganul, siliciul, fosforul, sulful, cromul, molibdenul, nichelul, aluminiul si vanadiul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Fiecare element care se adauga la compozitia de baza a otelului are unele efecte asupra <strong>proprietatilor <\/strong>otelului si a felului cum acesta reactioneaza la procedeele de fabricatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Continutul de carbon cuprins intre 0,02% si 2,11%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Compozitia chimica a otelului \u2013 influenta carbonului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/compozitia-chimica-a-otelului-influenta-carbonului.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"515\" height=\"651\" src=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/compozitia-chimica-a-otelului-influenta-carbonului.png\" alt=\"compozitia chimica a otelului - influenta carbonului\" class=\"wp-image-5230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/compozitia-chimica-a-otelului-influenta-carbonului.png 515w, https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/compozitia-chimica-a-otelului-influenta-carbonului-237x300.png 237w, https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/compozitia-chimica-a-otelului-influenta-carbonului-9x12.png 9w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 515px) 100vw, 515px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>Carbonul<\/strong> este cel mai important element din otel. Este esential in otelurile care trebuie intarite prin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/calirea-otelului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">calire<\/a>, iar gradul de carbon controleaza duritatea si rezistenta materialului, precum si raspunsul la tratamentul termic (calibilitatea).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Continutul de carbon cuprins intre 0,02% si 2,11%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Ductilitatea, forjabilitatea si prelucrabilitatea vor scadea daca cantitatea de carbon creste, precum si proprietatile de sudare ale otelului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Cu cat continutul de carbon al otelului este mai mare, cu atat duritatea, rezistenta si rezistenta la uzura sunt mai mari dupa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metal-online.ro\/4-tipuri-de-tratamente-termice-aplicate-otelului-100.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tratamentul termic<\/a>. Duritatea si rezistenta cresc proportional pe masura ce continutul de carbon creste pana la aproximativ 0,85%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Pe masura ce continutul de carbon din otel creste, limita de curgere si rezistenta la tractiune cresc, dar plasticitatea si proprietatile de impact scad. In plus, carbonul poate creste sensibilitatea la cald si imbatranirea otelului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">De asemenea, cand continutul de carbon depaseste 0,23%, performanta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.h-metal.ro\/blog\/sudabilitatea-otelului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sudare <\/a>a otelului se va deteriora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>In functie de continutul de carbon putem face urmatoarea clasificare:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:18px\"><li>otel cu continut scazut de carbon,&nbsp; pana la 0,3 % carbon;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:18px\"><li>otel cu continut mediu de carbon, intre 0,3 si 0,6 % carbon;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:18px\"><li>otel cu continut ridicat de carbon, intre 0,6 \u2013 1 % carbon;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:18px\"><li>otel cu un continut foarte ridicat de carbon, 1 \u2013 2%.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">In raport cu celelalte elemente intalnite in otel (cu exceptia borului), variatii reduse ale continutului de carbon pot modifica radical proprietatile si intrebuintarile acestuia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Astfel, daca otelul cu un continut de carbon mai mic de 0,7% C, pot fi utilizat ca otel de constructie. &nbsp;In schumb, daca continutul de carbon depaseste aceasta valoare, pot fi utilizat ca otel de scule.<\/p>\n<div style=\"padding-bottom:20px; padding-top:10px;\" class=\"hupso-share-buttons\"><!-- Hupso Share Buttons - http:\/\/www.hupso.com\/share\/ --><a class=\"hupso_toolbar\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hupso.com\/share\/\"><img src=\"https:\/\/static.hupso.com\/share\/buttons\/share-medium.png\" style=\"border:0px; padding-top:5px; float:left;\" alt=\"Share\"\/><\/a><script type=\"text\/javascript\">var hupso_services_t=new Array(\"Twitter\",\"Facebook\",\"Google Plus\",\"Linkedin\",\"StumbleUpon\",\"Digg\",\"Reddit\",\"Bebo\",\"Delicious\"); var hupso_toolbar_size_t=\"medium\";var hupso_url_t=\"\";var hupso_title_t=\"Compozitia chimica a otelului \u2013 influenta carbonului\";<\/script><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"https:\/\/static.hupso.com\/share\/js\/share_toolbar.js\"><\/script><!-- Hupso Share Buttons --><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compozitia chimica a otelului este cea care defineste proprietatile otelului.
