H METAL is connected to your needs and delivers quickly, anywhere in the country, HEA profile both in standard dimensions and in atypical sizes.

It is a type of H-profile with light wings, with thinner height and wings than an HEB or HEM profile.

Hot-rolled HEA profiles offer a series of advantages that make them extremely versatile and efficient in civil and industrial constructions:

- they have an optimal ratio between weight and resistance, which translates into maintaining a good bearing capacity;

- ideal in applications where material saving and reducing own loads are important;

- excellent structural strength - offers high resistance to bending, compression and torsion;

- versatility - usable in light, medium or heavy structures, depending on the size;

- compatible with other metal profiles, panels or support systems;

- easy to process: cutting, drilling, welding, painting, galvanizing.

HEA beam

Uses

HEA small dimensions - 100 – 160 mm:

- light frames for halls, workshops, industrial furniture;

- metal pillars for interior partitions, connecting beams;

- fastening elements in façade structures;

- residential projects with low charges.

HEA medium dimensions 180 – 280 mm:

- load-bearing structures for intermediate floors;

- mixed steel-concrete structures;

- secondary and primary beams in commercial buildings;

- metal frames for walkways or awnings;

- poles for medium-sized industrial buildings.

HEA large sizes 300 – 1000 mm:

- heavy metal structures - halls, bridges, towers, multi-storey buildings;

- main pillars and large opening beams;

- supports for tanks, silos or energy structures.
