Detalii tehnice Profil UNP
Utilizare profil UNP:
In Romania pentru profilul U cu margini inclinate se utilizeaza notarea UNP, echivalenta cu simbolizarea europeana UPN. De asemenea, in Europa, mai este utilizat si profilul U cu margini paralele UAP.
UNP-ul din otel poate fi utilizat la constructia de parcari, depozite si stadioane sportive. Profilul U laminat la cald este realizat din otel si are aplicatii in domeniul constructiilor si al utiliajelor. Este de obicei folosit pentru structuri arhitecturale, poate fi sudat sau imbinat prin alte procedee.
Pentru grinzi de bordaj sau de planseu se folosesc si profile UNP, cate unul sau cate doua cuplate, eventual ranforsate cu profil HEA
Daca se doreste debitarea profilelor UNP, la o anumita dimensiune, acestea trebuie taiate fara indoirea capetelor si fara a se deforma vizibil sectiunea. Bavurile rezultate din taiere nu trebuie sa depaseasca 8 mm.

EN 10279 Standardul reglementeaza conditiile referitoare la tolerantele la dimensiuni, forma si masa a profilelor U laminate la cald din otel.
Calitate otel: S 235, S 275, S 355 conform EN 10025 - 2
Lungimi de fabricatie: 6 si 12ml
