Posts variant 1: simple, straight model, without a security system in the upper part

These posts do not include extensions or arms for mounting protective accessories. From a security point of view, it offers a low level of protection against unauthorized entry. They are recommended in areas with a low risk of burglary or with a low level of crime.

Option 2 pillar: with extended right arm

The pole is designed with a vertical extension of 300 – 500 mm at the top, which allows the installation of protection systems:

A: 3 rows of galvanized barbed wire, evenly distributed along the length of the arm.

B: Concertina type laminated wire, NATO coplanar model, with a diameter of 500 mm, mounted either over the 3 rows of barbed wire, or over 2 rows of smooth galvanized wire used as support.

Option 3 pillar: with 45° inclined arm

This type of posts includes an arm inclined to the vertical axis, welded at an angle of 45° and having a length of 300 – 500 mm. On this arm can be mounted:

A: 3 rows of galvanized barbed wire, placed equidistantly.

B: NATO type coplanar Concertina laminated wire (Ø 500 mm), mounted on 3 rows of barbed wire or 2 rows of galvanized smooth wire.

PILLAR VARIANT 4: Y TYPE

This model is equipped with two Y-shaped welded arms, each with a length of 300 – 500 mm. Supports the following configurations:

A: 3 rows of barbed wire on each arm (total 6 rows).

B: Concertina laminated wire in colac (NATO type), with a diameter of 450, 700 or 900 mm. It can be mounted either over the 6 rows of barbed wire, or on 4 rows of smooth galvanized wire used as a support.

  • 40x40x2 mm pipe provides low mechanical resistance of the pole
  • 40x40x3 mm pipe provides a medium mechanical strength of the pole
  • 50x40x2 mm pipe provides a medium mechanical strength of the pole
  • 60x40x2 mm pipe provides a medium mechanical strength of the pole
  • 50x40x3 mm pipe provides high mechanical strength of the pole
  • 60x40x3 mm pipe provides high mechanical strength of the pole

💰 INSTALLATION BUDGET FOR SECURING PHOTOVOLTAIC PARKS – INDICATIVE ESTIMATES FOR SPRING 2025

The cost of installing the fence varies depending on the method of fixing the posts and the desired level of resistance over time, being estimated between 120 and 400 RON/pillar + VAT. The prices include the auxiliary materials and the entire labor related to the „turnkey” assembly.

The selection of an appropriate fencing solution must be made according to the specific risks of the area and the value of the equipment to be protected, in order to achieve an optimal balance between the level of security, durability and costs.
